Lumin’s own translation, drafted with AI from the Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, checked verse by verse against them, and approved by Lumin. Brackets mark verses not found in the earliest manuscripts.

1. So Bezalel and Oholiab and every skilled person to whom Yahweh has given skill and understanding to know how to do all the work of building the sanctuary are to do the work just as Yahweh has commanded.”
2. Then Moses summoned Bezalel and Oholiab and every skilled person in whose heart Yahweh had put skill, everyone whose heart stirred him to come and do the work.
3. They received from Moses all the offerings that the Israelites had brought to carry out the work of building the sanctuary. But the people kept bringing him freewill offerings morning after morning.
4. So all the skilled workers who were doing all the work on the sanctuary left the work each of them was doing and came to Moses.
5. They said, “The people are bringing much more than is needed for the work Yahweh has commanded us to do.”
6. So Moses gave an order, and they sent a proclamation throughout the camp: “No man or woman is to make anything more as an offering for the sanctuary.” So the people were stopped from bringing more.
7. What they already had was enough to do all the work, and more than enough.
8. All the skilled workers among those doing the work made the tabernacle with ten curtains of finely twisted linen and blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, with cherubim worked into them by a skilled craftsman.
9. Each curtain was twenty-eight cubits long and four cubits wide. All the curtains were the same size.
10. He joined five of the curtains to one another, and the other five curtains he joined to one another.
11. He made loops of blue yarn along the edge of the end curtain in the first set, and he did the same on the edge of the end curtain in the second set.
12. He made fifty loops on the one curtain and fifty loops on the edge of the end curtain in the second set, with the loops opposite each other.
13. He made fifty gold clasps and joined the curtains to one another with the clasps, so that the tabernacle was a single whole.
14. He made curtains of goat hair for a tent over the tabernacle. He made eleven curtains.
15. Each curtain was thirty cubits long and four cubits wide. All eleven curtains were the same size.
16. He joined five of the curtains together into one set and six curtains into another set.
17. He made fifty loops along the edge of the end curtain in the first set and fifty loops along the edge of the end curtain in the second set.
18. He made fifty bronze clasps to join the tent together, so that it was a single whole.
19. He made a covering for the tent of ram skins dyed red, and over that a covering of fine leather.
20. He made upright frames of acacia wood for the tabernacle.
21. Each frame was ten cubits long and a cubit and a half wide,
22. with two projections joined to each other. He made all the frames of the tabernacle this way.
23. He made frames for the tabernacle: twenty frames for the south side.
24. He made forty silver bases to go under the twenty frames, two bases under each frame for its two projections.
25. For the other side of the tabernacle, the north side, he made twenty frames,
26. along with their forty silver bases, two bases under each frame.
27. For the far end of the tabernacle, toward the west, he made six frames.
28. He made two frames for the corners of the tabernacle at the far end.
29. At these two corners the frames were double from the bottom and joined all the way to the top, at the first ring. He made both corners this way.
30. So there were eight frames with sixteen silver bases, two bases under each frame.
31. He also made crossbars of acacia wood: five for the frames on one side of the tabernacle,
32. five for the frames on the other side of the tabernacle, and five for the frames at the far end of the tabernacle, toward the west.
33. He made the middle crossbar to run through the center of the frames from one end to the other.
34. He overlaid the frames with gold and made gold rings for them to hold the crossbars. He also overlaid the crossbars with gold.
35. He made the curtain of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen, with cherubim worked into it by a skilled craftsman.
36. He made four posts of acacia wood for it and overlaid them with gold. Their hooks were gold, and he cast four silver bases for them.
37. For the entrance to the tent he made a screen of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen, the work of an embroiderer,
38. along with its five posts and their hooks. He overlaid the tops of the posts and their bands with gold, and their five bases were bronze.
