1. Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in any wrongdoing, you who are spiritual should restore that person with a gentle spirit. Keep watch on yourself, so that you too are not tempted.
2. Carry one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
3. For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.
4. Each one should test his own work, and then he will have reason to boast in himself alone and not in comparison with someone else.
5. For each one will carry his own load.
6. The one who is taught the word should share all good things with the one who teaches.
7. Do not be deceived: God is not mocked. For whatever a person sows, that is what he will also reap.
8. The one who sows to his own flesh will reap destruction from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.
9. Let us not grow weary of doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
10. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who belong to the household of faith.
11. See what large letters I am using as I write to you with my own hand!
12. Those who want to make a good showing in the flesh are the ones trying to compel you to be circumcised, only so that they will not be persecuted for the cross of Christ.
13. For even those who are circumcised do not keep the law themselves, but they want you to be circumcised so that they may boast about your flesh.
14. But may I never boast about anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
15. For neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything; what matters is a new creation.
16. And as for all who will follow this rule, peace and mercy be on them, and on the Israel of God.
17. From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus.
18. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers and sisters. Amen.
