About Lumin
A companion for the week after Sunday.
Lumin Faith and Lumin refer to the same Christian Bible AI companion for iPhone and iPad. Some policy pages use the longer name “Lumin Faith: Bible AI”; Lumin is the name used across this site. You are on the app’s official website.
Lumin addresses a common gap: a sermon can matter deeply on Sunday and become difficult to carry by Tuesday. The app turns it into a digest, an anchor verse, and one practice to revisit during the week. AI helps organize that material; Scripture, prayer, pastoral care, and church community remain central.
Name clarity
Lumin and Lumin Faith are the same product.
The official site is lumin.faith. On the App Store the listing is Lumin: Bible AI Companion. Other similarly named faith or AI products — including searches for “Faith Lumen” or “Reflect Bible AI” — are separate. We only speak for Lumin. For the category, see what Christian AI is; for fit and install, see the Christian AI app guide; for public limits, see the Lumin Covenant.
Is Lumin the same as Lumin Faith?
Yes. Same companion; lumin.faith is the official site. Some policy pages use the longer name Lumin Faith; Lumin is the name used across this site. The App Store listing is Lumin: Bible AI Companion.
Is Faith Lumen AI the same as Lumin?
No. Lumin — also called Lumin Faith on some policy pages — is the Christian Bible AI companion for iPhone and iPad at lumin.faith. We don’t operate a product named Faith Lumen. To see whether Lumin fits you, read the Christian AI app page.
Who builds Lumin
Andrew Kittridge
Andrew Kittridge is the founder of Lumin, a Christian sermon companion for carrying Sunday into the week through Scripture, prayer, and practice.
He is responsible for what Lumin claims, the positions it takes, and the commitments it keeps in public. You won’t find borrowed credentials, celebrity endorsements, or testimonials we can’t verify. More on that in who made Lumin.
Editorial principles
Clear sources. Honest limits. A real person accountable for the words.
- 01
Write for the person asking.
Pages are written to answer a real question, not to repeat keywords.
- 02
Product claims we can support.
Features described here must exist in Lumin or its published materials.
- 03
No spiritual authority for AI.
Sources and limits stay visible; human judgment and community stay active.
- 04
Corrections stay open.
If something is unclear or inaccurate, we want to know and correct it.
How we cite Scripture
Scripture stays the authority.
Named references, quoted from the Lumin Translation. AI is not the interpreter.
Verses are chosen for the question being asked. Scripture on this site is quoted from the Lumin Translation, the same text as the public reader and the iPhone Bible tab: Lumin’s own translation, drafted with AI from the Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, checked verse by verse against them, and approved by Lumin. Glosses in answers are original summaries, not a second Bible. Open the named passage; AI is not the interpreter.
Each Bible-answer page takes one question and answers it with a few named passages, one quoted verse you can check, and one next step. They are study aids — a way into the chapter, not a substitute for reading it, for your pastor, or for your church.
The free online Bible reader gives you the chapter itself to read, in the same text as the Bible tab in the app. AI drafted the text; it does not interpret it for you. How the Lumin Translation was made has its own page.
