Lumin Translation 2.0 checked against the Hebrew and Greek How it was made
No man whose testicles are crushed or whose penis is cut off may enter the assembly of Yahweh.
No one born of a forbidden union may enter the assembly of Yahweh; even to the tenth generation, none of his descendants may enter the assembly of Yahweh.
No Ammonite or Moabite may enter the assembly of Yahweh; even to the tenth generation, none of their descendants may ever enter the assembly of Yahweh,
because they did not meet you with food and water on the way when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired Balaam son of Beor, from Pethor in Aram-naharaim, to curse you.
But Yahweh your God refused to listen to Balaam. Instead, Yahweh your God turned the curse into a blessing for you, because Yahweh your God loved you.
Never seek their peace or their prosperity as long as you live.
Do not despise an Edomite, for he is your brother. Do not despise an Egyptian, because you were a foreigner in his land.
The children born to them in the third generation may enter the assembly of Yahweh.
When you go out as an army against your enemies, guard yourself against anything improper.
If any man among you is unclean because of an emission during the night, he must go outside the camp; he must not come into the camp.
As evening approaches he is to bathe in water, and at sunset he may come back into the camp.
You are to have a place outside the camp where you can go to relieve yourself.
Along with your equipment you are to have a digging tool, and when you relieve yourself outside, dig a hole with it and then cover up your excrement.
For Yahweh your God walks about within your camp to rescue you and to hand your enemies over to you. So your camp must be holy, so that he will not see anything indecent among you and turn away from you.
Do not hand over to his master a slave who has escaped from his master and taken refuge with you.
Let him live with you, among you, in whatever place he chooses in one of your towns, wherever he likes best. Do not mistreat him.
No Israelite woman is to be a shrine prostitute, and no Israelite man is to be a shrine prostitute.
Do not bring the pay of a female prostitute or the earnings of a male prostitute into the house of Yahweh your God to pay any vow, for both of them are detestable to Yahweh your God.
Do not charge your fellow Israelite interest, whether on money, on food, or on anything else that can be lent at interest.
You may charge a foreigner interest, but you must not charge your fellow Israelite interest, so that Yahweh your God may bless you in everything you put your hand to in the land you are entering to possess.
When you make a vow to Yahweh your God, do not be slow to fulfill it, for Yahweh your God will certainly require it of you, and you will be guilty of sin.
But if you refrain from making a vow, you will not be guilty of sin.
Be sure to do what your lips have spoken, just as you freely vowed to Yahweh your God with your own mouth.
When you go into your neighbor’s vineyard, you may eat as many grapes as you want, until you are satisfied, but do not put any in your basket.
When you go into your neighbor’s standing grain, you may pick the heads of grain with your hand, but do not put a sickle to your neighbor’s standing grain.
