Psalm 138
Lumin Translation 2.0 checked against the Hebrew and Greek How it was made
Of David.
1I will give you thanks with all my heart; before the gods I will sing your praise.
2I will bow down toward your holy temple and give thanks to your name for your steadfast love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted your word above all your name.
3On the day I called, you answered me; you made me bold with strength in my soul.
4All the kings of the earth will give you thanks, Yahweh, for they have heard the words of your mouth.
5They will sing of the ways of Yahweh, for the glory of Yahweh is great.
6For though Yahweh is exalted, he looks upon the lowly, but the proud he knows from far away.
7Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the anger of my enemies, and your right hand saves me.
8Yahweh will fulfill his purpose for me. Your steadfast love, Yahweh, endures forever; do not abandon the works of your hands.
