Psalm 25

Lumin Translation 2.0 checked against the Hebrew and Greek How it was made

Of David.

To you, Yahweh, I lift up my soul.

My God, I trust in you; do not let me be put to shame; do not let my enemies gloat over me.

No one who waits for you will be put to shame; those who are treacherous without cause will be put to shame.

Make your ways known to me, Yahweh; teach me your paths.

Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; I wait for you all day long.

Remember your compassion, Yahweh, and your steadfast love, for they have been from of old.

Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; remember me according to your steadfast love, for the sake of your goodness, Yahweh.

Yahweh is good and upright; therefore he teaches sinners the way.

He leads the humble in what is right and teaches the humble his way.

All the paths of Yahweh are steadfast love and faithfulness for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.

For the sake of your name, Yahweh, forgive my guilt, for it is great.

Who is the one who fears Yahweh? He will teach them the way they should choose.

They will spend their days in prosperity, and their descendants will inherit the land.

Yahweh confides in those who fear him, and he makes his covenant known to them.

My eyes are always on Yahweh, for he will free my feet from the net.

Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am alone and afflicted.

The troubles of my heart have multiplied; bring me out of my distress.

Look at my affliction and my trouble, and forgive all my sins.

Look how many my enemies are, and how violently they hate me.

Guard my life and rescue me; do not let me be put to shame, for I take refuge in you.

May integrity and uprightness protect me, because I wait for you, Yahweh.

Redeem Israel, God, from all its troubles.
